A cuisine, according to your desires

Benjamin, our Chef, crafts a delicious lunch menu that plays with seasonal ingredients, offering a cuisine that is both gourmet and inspiring. Then, from aperitif time onwards, the tapas menu takes the stage.

As a sauce lover, he needed the perfect bread: his choice is Frédéric Lalos’ atelier, a winner of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Bakery.
